Can we move this above dwc3_get_properties(). I'd call this within
dwc3_get_properties(), but it's fine even if you leave it separate for
now. That'll help reduce the code footprint when we refactor and move
the other software properties in here.

Can we rename this to DWC3_GSBUSCFG0_REQINFO_UNSPECIFIED. "DEF" implies
a valid default value.
