Subject: [PATCH] sched/fair: Remove cfs_rq::nr_spread_over and cfs_rq::exec_clock

cfs_rq::nr_spread_over and cfs_rq::exec_clock are not used anymore in
eevdf. Remove them from struct cfs_rq.
