This builds and runs fine for me, no dmesg spamming any more. In `sensors` I get this:

```
iwlwifi_1-virtual-0
Adapter: Virtual device
temp1:       -274.0°C
```

(very beneficial during the heat wave)

There are no "thermal" messages in dmesg whatsoever, any other info you'd like me to provide?
