Unfortunately the stack trace isn't really helpful.  It merely means
that something else already blocked the register_mutex, and it's
likely that something went wrong at releasing another client, hence
it's keeping the mutex.  But I can't say more than that the info for
now.

In anyway, if this is reproducible and have a reproducer, please
report again.
