Subject: [PATCH] alpha: Make thread_info::flags unsigned long.

The users of thread_info::flags such as test_and_set_ti_thread_flag()
expect 'flags' to be an unsigned long but alpha is defining an unsigned
int here.

Make thread_info::flags unsigned long.
