Subject: [PATCH 2/3] scsi: ufs-qcom: Add support for dumping MCQ registers

This patch adds functionality to dump Multi-Queue (MCQ) registers.
This will help in diagnosing issues related to MCQ operations by
providing detailed register dumps.
