Please note that the 3 issues I mentioned have been fixed somewhere:
- MPTCP: patches have been sent to the Netdev ML [1]
- Netfilter: patches have been sent to the Netfilter ML [2]
- perf (VM shutdown): patches have been applied in perf/urgent [3]
