please don't use libbpf_get_error() in new code. I left that API for
cases when user might want to support both per-1.0 libbpf and 1.0+,
but by now I don't think you should be caring about <1.0 versions. And
in 1.0+, you'll get btf == NULL on error, and errno will be set to
error. So just check errno directly.
