Subject: [PATCH v11 1/9] iommu/amd: Misc ACPI IVRS debug info clean up

* Remove redundant AMD-Vi prefix.
* Print IVHD device entry settings field using hex value.
* Print root device of IVHD ACPI device entry using hex value.
