Subject: [PATCH 00/10] media: Remove vidioc_g/s_ctrl and vidioc_queryctrl

Most of the drivers use the control framework or can use the superset
version of these callbacks: vidioc_g/s_ext_ctrl and
vidioc_query_ext_ctrl.
