Subject: [PATCH v13 5/8] coresight: tmc: Add support for reading crash data

* Add support for reading crashdata using special device files.
  The special device files /dev/crash_tmc_xxx would be available
  for read file operation only when the crash data is valid.

* User can read the crash data as below

  For example, for reading crash data from tmc_etf sink

  #dd if=/dev/crash_tmc_etfXX of=~/cstrace.bin

Changelog from v12:
* Fixed wrong buffer pointer passed to coresight_insert_barrier_packet
* tmc_read_prepare_crashdata need to be called only once and
  hence removed from read path and added to tmc_probe.
  As as side effect, tmc_read_unprepare_crashdata is removed as well.
* tmc_read_prepare_crashdata renamed to tmc_prepare_crashdata and
  avoided taking locks as its called from probe function alone.
* Introduced read status flag, "reading" specific to reserved buffer to keep the
  reserved buffer reading independent of the regular buffer and updated
  during tmc_crashdata_open/release functions
* is_tmc_crashdata_valid is made static as its used only within
  coresight-tmc-core.c
* tmc_get_resvbuf_trace definition moved up before the first invocation
  from tmc_prepare_crashdata
* Replaced constant with TMC_STS_FULL
