Typically it is expected that structs/unions/enums/functions have
a similar prefix for the entire driver. Here multiple prefixes
like qmp_local_state, channel_desc, qmp_work, tmel_xxx are used
please see if it is possible to change.

In all places qmp_send_irq is invoked under mutex of
"state_lock". But in qmp_send_data alone it seems to be invoked
under spin_lock of "tx_lock". While qmp_send_data itself is
called under mutex of tdev->lock. Hope that is not a potential
race.
