Yes, unfortunately.  I applied it to pci/controller/microchip for
v6.14.

I had to adapt it slightly to account for the changes of ac7f53b7e728
("PCI: microchip: Add support for using either Root Port 1 or 2"), so
please take a look and make sure I did it right.
