Subject: [PATCH] mm/vma: Add VM_WARN_ON for commit_merge

    Add VM_WARN_ON to prevent 'adjust' from accessing NULL pointers
    when 'adjust' is NULL and 'expanded' is false or 'adj_start' is
    not zero.
