Subject: [PATCH v2 3/5] selftests/nolibc: drop call to mrproper target

"mrproper" unnecessarily cleans a lot of files.
kbuild is smart enough to handle changed configurations,
so the cleanup is not necessary and only leads to excessive rebuilds.
