Subject: Re: [PATCH v2 0/4] Tracing contention lock owner call stack

To Namhyung, thanks for your review! I have my v3 available on:
https://lore.kernel.org/linux-perf-users/20250129001905.619859-1-ctshao@google.com

Few topics I would like to discuss with you:

In [PATCH v2 1/4]:

>         new_id = __sync_fetch_and_add(&id_gen, 1);
It caused compile error and I think it is a bug for bpf:
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/91888

In [PATCH v2 2/4]:

> > +struct task_struct *bpf_task_from_pid(s32 pid) __ksym;
> > +void bpf_task_release(struct task_struct *p) __ksym;

Would like to know more about how to do this.

`__sync_fetch_and_sub(&otdata->count, 1)` caused compile error as well
and I think it is bpf bug.

In [PATCH v2 4/4]:

`st->name` was not allocated and I need `strdup` to do that.
