Subject: [PATCH v7 2/9] usb: xhci: tegra: rename `runtime` boolean to
 `is_auto_runtime`

Unify naming convention: use `is_auto_runtime` in xhci-tegra, to be in
phase with (future) drivers/usb/host/xhci.c.
