Subject: [PATCH RFC net-next v2 3/3] net: dsa: microchip: Add SGMII port support to KSZ9477 switch

The KSZ9477 switch DSA driver uses the XPCS driver to operate its SGMII
port.  It generates a value when device ids from MDIO_MMD_PMAPMD are
checked to activate DW_XPCS_SGMII_MODE_MAC_MANUAL mode so that some
special code are used to operate the SGMII port correctly.
