Nit: in order to improve clarity and to limit potential mistakes in
the future, you could add:

    /* GuC really expects command buffers aligned to 4K boundaries. */
    #define GUC_ALIGN SZ_4K

Then use s/SZ_4K/GUC_ALIGN/ in your changes. It would make clear this
value does not come from PAGE_SIZE or XE_PAGE_SIZE.
