Subject: [PATCH v12 08/13] rust: hrtimer: implement `UnsafeHrTimerPointer`
for `Pin<&mut T>`
Allow pinned mutable references to structs that contain a `HrTimer` node to
be scheduled with the `hrtimer` subsystem.
