Yes, you are right! The RDMA_NETDEV_ATTACH_EVENT event in function
ib_device_notify_register() can also visit the dev name locklessly:

So only hold devices_rwsem for whole ib_device_notify_register() may be
not enough.
How about add down_read(&devices_rwsem) around
fill_dev_info()/fill_port_info()/
fill_res_info()/ib_device_notify_register().
