Subject: [PATCH 43/49] x86/alternatives: Rename 'TP_ARRAY_NR_ENTRIES_MAX' to 'TEXT_POKE_ARRAY_MAX'

Standardize on TEXT_POKE_ namespace for CPP constants too.
