hrtimers: Rename __hrtimer_init_sleeper() to __hrtimer_setup_sleeper()

All the hrtimer_init*() functions have been renamed to hrtimer_setup*().
Rename __hrtimer_init_sleeper() to __hrtimer_setup_sleeper() as well, to
keep the names consistent.
