yep, that's why I named the patch file
"mm-mm_init-use-for_each_valid_pfn-in-init_unavailable_range-fix.patch".
To tell myself to fold it into
mm-mm_init-use-for_each_valid_pfn-in-init_unavailable_range.patch.
