This is the only place where you call panfrost_gem_debugfs_init_bo(),
so why not calling panfrost_gem_debugfs_bo_add() at the end of
panfrost_gem_create() instead, and drop the initialised field (and
panfrost_gem_debugfs_init_bo() helper).
