Subject: [RFC PATCH v2 32/51] KVM: guest_memfd: Support guestmem_hugetlb as
 custom allocator

This patch adds support for guestmem_hugetlb as the first custom
allocator in guest_memfd.

If requested at guest_memfd creation time, the custom allocator will
be used in initialization and cleanup.
