Subject: [PATCH net-next v5 3/5] vsock/test: Introduce vsock_wait_sent()
helper
Distill the virtio_vsock_sock::bytes_unsent checking loop (ioctl SIOCOUTQ)
and move it to utils. Tweak the comment.
