Please abstain from posting new version until concluding discussion on
the previous one (note, concluding, just responding to all the questions
is not enough). Please update internal guidelines in order to emphasize
imporance of this rule (yes, actually, please update them).

Until discussion on v2 have finished, this is NAK.
