No. Other private emulated RDMA driver also supports ODP, but it is not 
in the directory drivers/infiniband/sw/. It also call ib_dma_map_alloc 
and works well with hmm_dma_map_alloc.

Up to you because the driver is not in kernel. I do not have strong 
preference.
