Subject: [PATCH 4/6] staging: sm750fb: rename `dPitch` parameter
Rename `dPitch` to `d_pitch` in `sm750_hw_copyarea` to conform with
kernel style guidelines as reported by checkpatch.pl
CHECK: Avoid CamelCase: <dPitch>
