Subject: [PATCH v4 2/2] phy: sophgo: Add USB 2.0 PHY driver for Sophgo CV18XX/SG200X
Add USB 2.0 PHY driver for Sophgo CV18XX/SG200X. Currently
this driver does not support OTG mode as lack of document.
