Subject: [PATCH 3/5] media: venus: vdec: ar50_lite video core support

The AR50_LITE is a streamlined variant of the AR50 video core, designed
for power and cost-efficient platforms.

It supports hardware-accelerated decoding of H.264, HEVC, and VP9
formats.
