Subject: [PATCH v2 2/5] tracing: sorttable: Add a tracepoint verification check at build time

Update the sorttable code to check the tracepoint_check and tracepoint_ptr
sections to see what trace events have been created but not used. Trace
events can take up approximately 5K of memory each regardless if they are
called or not.
List the tracepoints that are not used at build time. Note, this currently
only handles tracepoints that are builtin and not in modules.
