Subject: [PATCH net-next v2] net: ti: icssg-prueth: Add prp offload support to ICSSG driver

Add support for ICSSG PRP mode which supports offloading of:
 - Packet duplication and PRP trailer insertion
 - Packet duplicate discard and PRP trailer removal
