Subject: self-compiled kernel does not boot at Intel (AMD and ARM are fine)
 using main stable kernel sources

I do deploy tiny Hetzner cloud instances with self-compiled kernel.
The distribution kernel is used to seed the new kernel config. [1]

In the past couple of days the boot fails for systems running at Intel
under Debian 12 using the master branch of the stable kernel. [2]

Unfortunately the (WEB GUI) console of Hetzners console app has only
80x25 therefore showing only the (unimportant?) remaining lines of the
trace.

I do wonder if there's a known problem affecting Intel only?
