Yes we can!  I will add the needed regex to the file:
	https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git/tree/ignore_list
should it be:
	tools/include/nolibc/*
	tools/testing/selftests/nolibc/*
?
