Based on the name, I was thinking the function may do the real migration.
What about using more self-introductory name, say,
damos_va_migrate_dests_add()?

Seems priv->sheme is only a carrier of ->migrate_dests.  Why don't you add that
in damos_va_migrate_private directly?
