Subject: [PATCH v6 3/7] media: venus: Add support for AR50_LITE video core

The AR50_LITE is a simplified variant of the AR50 video core, designed for
power and cost-efficient platforms.

It supports hardware-accelerated decoding of H.264, HEVC, and VP9 formats,
and provides encoding support for H.264 and HEVC.
