Subject: [PATCH v2 7/8] media: amlogic-c3: Use v4l2-params for validation

Convert c3-ispa-params.c to use the new types fro block handlers
defined in v4l2-params.h and use the new helpers from v4l2-params.c
to remove boilerplate code from the driver.
