There were a few recent fixes for accounting updates prior to going
read-write - these were discovered as part of the 'bcachefs image
update' work, which is adding a new device before bch2_fs_start().

So the last of the "in-mem accounting going out of sync with the btree"
bugs should be fixed.

#syz fix: bcachefs: do_bch2_trans_commit_to_journal_replay handles accounting
