Subject: [PATCH 4/4] Input: imx6ul_tsc - use BIT, FIELD_{GET,PREP} and GENMASK macros

Replace opencoded masking and shifting, with BIT(), GENMASK(),
FIELD_GET() and FIELD_PREP() macros.
