I have a fix for this, and will include it in v11 of this series
when I publish it. I will wait to do that until I get additional
feedback.

The fix is to make REGULATOR_SPACEMIT_P1 depend on I2C, in addition
to ARCH_SPACEMIT || COMPILE_TEST.
