Tested-by: Neil Armstrong <neil.armstrong@...aro.org> # on Lenovo Thinkpad T14S

Successfully got 4 lanes working with an USB-C to DP adapter with either orientation:
	dp_link:
		test_requested = 512
		num_lanes = 4
		bw_code = 20
		lclk = 540000000
		v_level = 2
		p_level = 0

And 2 lanes is still working.

I'll test on SM8550/SM8650 later this week.
