Subject: [PATCH 5/8] MIPS: arc: Replace deprecated strcpy() with memcpy()

strcpy() is deprecated; use memcpy() instead.

Use pr_debug() instead of printk(KERN_DEBUG) to silence a checkpatch
warning.
