Actually, the sequence is:

	- PDF series
	- sphinx-build-wrapper
	- this one

The dependencies between PDF and sphinx-build-wrapper are
trivial, though: both touches the Makefile; the first one
changes a broken parameter for PDF; the second one simplifies
it a lot.
