Subject: [PATCH 09/13] staging: rtl8723bs: rename rtw_os_alloc_msdu_pkt

Rename rtw_os_alloc_msdu_pkt to rtw_alloc_msdu_pkt as the _os_
indicates operating system dependent code which is unnecessary
for in-tree linux kernel code.
