In L4T r17, I see the hotspot offset values for both CPU and GPU at 6000 (i.e.
6 for upstream).
Also, I notice that the driver is relying on the TEGRA124_* DT bindings for
internal indexing, hence requiring that TEGRA114_* values are the same. While
that should really hold, I think it'd be a good touch to add some
static_assert()s to assert the TEGRA114_* and TEGRA124_* counterparts are
equal.
Otherwise, looks good to me!
