I don't think you can unset? global_flush_req_store() only does

-EPERM doesn't seem right, maybe EBUSY or EINVAL?

Also don't you need CS_UNLOCK() for reading? I'm not 100% sure but I 
found one example of it in debug_init_arch_data().
