We are checking what all pclks can be supported, which is limited by 
fclk, thats what Jayesh wanted to mention here.

Yeah, we can drop tolerance check. So, should we drop 
check_pixel_clock() and also clk_round_rate(), but then how can we know 
the maximum supported pclk?
