Subject: [PATCH 04/17] mm/ksw: add HWBP pre-allocation support

Pre-allocate per-CPU hardware breakpoints at init with a dummy address,
which will be retargeted dynamically in kprobe handler. This avoids
allocation in atomic contexts.
